REGISTRATION
TABLE
·
Organizing committee arranges volunteers to staff the event and arranges all
necessary supplies. Sets up the tables for the event.
·
Table volunteers check-in athletes for their events. Collects music and arranges it in order. Distributes athlete’s
‘goodie’ bags.
·
Runners take music from the registration table to the music player and back.
·
Volunteer Check-in volunteers check in volunteer staff and directs them to
their appropriate location at the event. Provides a main point of contact for
volunteers throughout the day. Reports any missing volunteers to the Commissioner
and/or Competition Chair
